Eltronic Group is establishing a development and test center for Eltronic FuelTech at our HQ in Hedensted – at the address Kilde Allé 2. The construction work started on 1 February 2022 and if all goes as planned, the center is expected to be completed in December 2022.

 New and larger facilities needed

X-to-power is the key to cleaner energy and to meeting ambitious climate targets. Therefore, new, and larger development and test facilities are needed as Eltronic FuelTech is growing. Eltronic FuelTech is moving all of its assembly, development and testing activities to the new building.

 The new facilities provide the necessary space for the latest additions, which are solutions for the large methanol-powered container ships, but also complete development and installation of solutions for the ammonia-powered ships of the future.

 About the building

The development and test center will be divided into three large areas. Two areas will be provided with lifting systems while the third area can be used as storage space.
